In 2006, Taghleef Industries (Ti) was established, merging the experience and power of 3 companies: Technopack, Egypt (1989), AKPP, Oman (1996) and Dubai Poly Film, Dubai, U.A.E. (1998). Headquartered in Dubai, (U.A.E.), Taghleef Industries is one of the largest global manufacturers of polypropylene films (BoPP) and biodegradable films (BoPLA) with a manufacturing capacity of more than 500,000 tons of films per year. Today, Ti has eleven manufacturing facilities on six continents: 2 facilities in Asia/Middle East (Dubai, Oman), 3 in Europe (Italy, Hungary and Spain), one in Australia (Wodonga), Africa (Egypt), the USA (Indiana), Canada (Quebec) and 2 in Latin America (Colombia and Mexico).
